OneWorld Cargo started with a simple frustration — shipments that went quiet between pickup and delivery, and no one to call in between. So we built the operation around a single-coordinator model: one person accountable for a shipment from the first scan to the last.
That same model now runs across road, air and sea shipments, corporate accounts and same-day city drops — still answered by a person, not a ticket number.
